Portrait: Two narcissists briefly share a mirror in the night

am
I'll just
quote the press release from LAX at Luxor that goes with this photo and laugh quietly to
myself:"Just after midnight, Criss Angel and his number one girl, Holly Madison, slipped into a booth on the club's VIP stage to enjoy luxury treatment after Angel wrapped up another successful night of his new show 'Believe.' The two enjoyed cocktails of Montecristo Rum and posed for photos with excited fans as they prepared to watch an exhilarating live performance by Jewel."
And, who knew Angel was a Jewel fan? Lollipops and rum, yummy.

Why not distance from yourself and ask : Does that guy deserve my attention ?

Oh, gosh, Richard. I know you did this entry to get me going again. Oh well.... I'll go for it.
Criss Angel. A middle aged man still trying to seek youthful dreams and aspirations, all while possessing no talent, no personality and absolutely no stage presence while headlining a multi-million dollar stage act in a large casino/hotel on the Las Vegas Strip. A completely egotistical and arrogant man who basically does what he wants without no thoughts of what those actions are (as evidenced in the past from threatening a reporter here in Las Vegas...and then finally apologizing...but it took him SIX MONTHS to do it). A train wreck about ready to happen. But only when Cirque du Stupidity wakes up and smells the coffee (and listens to people who seen this show and their howls or rage, frustration and disappointment in feeling they wasted money and time on this idiot and he totally boring and lackluster show).
Holly Madison. A 28 year old former Playboy playmate who lived in the lap of luxury at the Playboy Mansion in L.A. for about four years, until Hef gave her the boot this year and moved on. So, having absolutely no talent nor education except for her looks, decides she just doesn't wish to join the work force and live like we do, runs to Las Vegas and lashes on to a knucklehead Houdini with a Lamborghini living at the Luxor. Congratulations, Holly. There's no break at all in your expensive lifestyle you enjoy living. In short, she just latched on board the Criss Angel money train, but I hope she's smart enough to fasten her seatbelt and get ready for the same train wreck. I heard there are maid openings at Circus Circus to fall back on though.
I (and others...as long as they aren't Loyals) can see how this is all going to end up. It is so transparent. But, what the heck, it's Las Vegas. Reporters have no alternative but to rip them apart left and right in the news. Because Criss Angel leaves himself open for it.
And still Cirque du Stupidity refuses to beLIEve they threw their money behind a loser. I said it before and I'll say it again: UnbeLIEvable. Simply unbeLIEvable.
As an aside, I wonder if they walked out of Jewel's show? Like they did for the magician's act at Planet Hollywood earlier this week. Criss Angel does stuff like that to make sure he gets in the news. But then again, that was different...he probably walked out because he realized his total and complete inadequacy to perform and entertain as an successful illusionist.....

Maybe if he stop writing about him, he'll go away and take Ms. Playboy centerfold with him. They deserve each other - lollipops and all.

lol i don't understand why you hate this man . jealous much ?? lol, pathetic....

The issue is not hate. Nor is it jealousy. The pathetic part? Yes. You hit the nail on the head. This show is pathetic. It's star is pathetic.
The horrible issue is that an entertainment company from Canada has thrown their money behind a so called celebrity that has absolutely no talent, headlining a show on the Las Vegas Strip that is getting more and more bad reviews. And this company from Canada has no care in the world for the reputation of entertainment in Las Vegas. Because they're not from here I guess they think it's okay to totally destroy that reputation. So it's okay if they rip off people with a lackluster show that they promote with false advertising in order to try to recoup the millions they spent on it. Because they don't care for quality entertainment. They only are interested in money. Every appearance shows this. Take the money and run, Cirque du Stupidity, but don't please anyone. And tourists suffer from it as well as MGM and Luxor. Because people will avoid their properties like the plague after seeing this show.
Yes, Cirque du Stupidity. I'm pointing my finger at you. Because you don't do nothing about this show at all and let it continue with its lackluster performances. Your inactivity to change anything, fix anything, replace people or just outright close this stinker of a show is the inevitable thing to do. To continue on with what is happening now is downright criminal.
And that is the actual pathetic part to it.
Las Vegas loses all the way around because we're stuck with this egomaniac Criss Angel. And we're also stuck with Cirque du Stupidity who is ripping off tourists and locals alike the longer beLIEve continues. It's so bad, they should rename this show beSCREWYOUTOURISTS,WE'RETAKINGYOU'REMONEYBECAUSEWEKNOWIT'SBADANDABOUTTHISSHOWWE'LLBLATANTLYLIEve. That should fit on the sign up on the Luxor.
