Criss Angel's Fan Club has made an error in judgment in regards to this. Tickets are not on sale for his live show yet, this is true. The thing is, no one ever claimed to have access to presale tickets. A group of Criss Angel fans were planning to see his live show in Vegas and buy a set of tickets when they went on sale. The Fan Club misconstrued this as a claim of having access to "presale tickets" or a guarantee of tickets, which the group never claimed to have at any point in time.

Criss Angel's Fan Club jumped the gun and did not check the facts before posting these statements in their News and on their Myspace page.

One fan graciously offered to collect money from a group of fans and hold it for purchase of said tickets WHEN they went on sale, period, being that this fan lives in Las Vegas locally. She was to handle his through CIrque's Las Vegas Sales staff.

That fan never misrepresented any thing as to having special knowledge, inside information, presale tickets or the like. All she was doing was being the money collector and purchaser, again WHEN they went on sale.

This fan was banned from the site and membership denied by Criss Angel's AWPI company. Not due to this ticket nonsense, but their reasoning was for copyright reasons which is entirely legal of Criss Angel's AWPI but a backhanded way to do it.

And Criss himself doesnt answer or blog or post from his myspace site or elsewhere, his AWPI company staff do it for him which is why the all caps bulletin yelling this announcement. I doubt Criss himself would have shouted.

Firstly, Criss Angel would not stoop to yelling in all caps on a bulletin, but the fact is his company employees run his myspace and all other websites and he in fact never blogs, posts or bulletins publicly.

Secondly, what happened is one local Las Vegas fan graciously offered to collect money from a group of fans so she could buy Cirque tickets WHEN they went on sale in one smooth transaction, also locally from Cirque's Las Vegas Sales department.

At no time did this fan state they have special knowledge, inside info, presale tickets, better seats or was affiliated with Criss Angel directly in any way. This was to be a lovely gathering of friends and fans. Its sad how this was one fan has been hurt and defamed because of this. I am ashamed for Criss because its his employees who are taking this approach and it ultimately reflects poorly on him.

The First thing is Criss Angel doesnt run his own myspace... He hired someone to do that. I have Contacted this person on her personal myspace and She has told me a lot of things that they had proof and blah blah. When I asked for this proof she said for certain reasons she was unable to share. Then she proceeded to tell me how that anyone who pretty much stuck up for the person on the fan club message board they would be banned for spam and abuse.

Now I don't know about everyone else but this doesn't seem the way a celebrity should or want their fans to be treated. If you ask me His ego has gotten to big to not even have the people working for him to hear the other side of this story.

Many fans are not renewing their membership to the fan clubs because of this situation and the type of people he has working for him. I hope he realizes how this situation is hurting his reputation with his "LOYALS" and seeing how his reputation with the rest of the world isn't that great now its going to be like that for people who were once his fans.

Yikes, I think there is an Elephant in Criss Angel Land. Please, someone, some magic man somewhere, CRISS? = MAKE IT VANISH.

This was not handled completely outside the fansite. This fan used a crissangel.com profile page to clearly advertise, give contact information and post a deadline for submitting a deposit in order to secure a "block" of tickets for the Cirque show. However well meaning this person was, using the Criss Angel website to advertise/collect funds for any event without authorization is strictly prohibited and clearly outlined in Clique's "terms of use" policies.

I really miss criss the way he used to be i kno deep down the guy i love is there but i havent sseen him this person didnt do anything wrong but criss hasnt taken the time to sit down and think about wat his crew is doin to the fans that brought him to where he si today and to his career i will always be an ultimate loyal freak but just happier if the criss i met in october were here if hes happy so am i but face it every celeb has gotten a big head at one time its just a phase because he knos he has worked so hard and deserves it i love u baby criss and im always here and if he is in love wit someone dont break him down he deserves to be loved just like everyone else!!

WTH is Veronica Grabowski doing dating man 20 years older then her. That is NOT a GOOD IMAGE to display. I will punish my daughter if she was getting it on with a man almost as old as her father.

as all performers know there are lots of people who will try to cash in on someone elses fame..has anyone asked her what profit she would make for buying the tickets in advance, even if legal.....all ticket agencie s charge a fee, so u know she was too.....
