Lindsay Lohan Cancels Vegas Party

June 18, 2007 |  4:28 pm

This statement was just sent to me by Pure regarding the cancellation of the July 2 Lindsay Lohan birthday party: "We support Lindsay and wish her the best as she is taking care of personal matters at this time.  Due to the unique circumstances, as of this afternoon, Lindsay's birthday party at PURE Nightclub has been canceled.  We think the world of her and look forward to working with her in the future."

I'm crushed by this news. I was really looking forward to standing in line for hours, then drinking $14 screwdrivers with hundreds of sweaty, vapid do-nothings wearing shiny clothes. Alas my dream of staring at Lindsay Lohan for up to 20 seconds before the bouncers take her the hell out of there ... was not to be.

Lohan's birthday party has been moved to the Carson Nugget.

Couldn't they rent a coke head silicone sister from some agency out there to use as a suitable stand(fall down)-in? There will be a need for replacements for her in her future it appears.
