Celebrity hosting was bound to get to this point. I am surprised at even my slight surprise. Less than a month after her alleged confrontation with Paris Hilton, Shanna Moakler is hosting a divorce party this Friday at Light at Bellagio. We are reminded about that alleged confrontation, because the alleged scuffle was over Ms. Hilton's purported contact with Moakler's estranged husband, the drummer of Blink 182. A prize there, you think? But in gossip terms that was, like, so two boyfriends ago for Paris Hilton (who has since been linked to casino owner George Maloof and illusionist Criss Angel). OK, back to the divorce party. If you think about it, I guess it's kind of retro Vegas.
